Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- All items inside the box must be in perfect condition and include all accessories.
- If the product has been unsealed, used, or tested, the return will not be accepted.
- If the box or any included item has been damaged, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Proof of Condition Before Approval
Before any return is approved, you must send clear photos or videos showing the product, the packaging (inside and outside), and all included accessories.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos or videos. We will evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

- Products returned without prior approval and proof of condition will not be processed.
