Upon termination, your obligations under these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOAH regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the subject matter.
